Terms of service

Eventevia (www.eventevia.com) is a digital event invitation platform operated from Saudi Arabia. These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Eventevia lets you create events, design digital invitations, send them to your guests over WhatsApp and email, collect RSVPs, and check guests in at the event.

Eventevia is currently in beta and free to use. Features may change, break, or be removed while we improve the platform. We may introduce paid plans later; events you activated for free will not be charged retroactively.

Provide accurate information when signing up, keep your credentials safe, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the invitations and content you create. You grant us only the rights needed to store, display, and deliver them as part of the service.

When you upload guest names and contact details, you confirm your guests are fine with receiving your invitation through Eventevia. Use the platform to invite people you know, not to send unsolicited messages.

Do not use Eventevia for spam, unlawful content, impersonation, or anything abusive or misleading. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its messaging channels.

Invitations are delivered through third-party channels (WhatsApp and email providers). We work to make delivery reliable but cannot guarantee that every message reaches every guest.

During the beta the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Eventevia is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, missed deliveries, or the conduct of hosts and guests at events.

You can stop using Eventevia at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing support@eventevia.com. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the date above always reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: support@eventevia.com.
