A Saudi platform that runs a private event from one place: pick an invitation design and edit it yourself, add your guests, send each one their own personal invitation on WhatsApp or email, and watch the replies come in. On the day, you check guests in by scanning a code on their phone. Nothing to install, no technical skill — it all happens in the browser.
Yes, for any private occasion — the platform doesn't treat one differently from another. The only difference is the design you pick, and every design's text is fully editable to suit your event. The biggest collections today are weddings, engagements, baby arrivals and birthdays. The gallery only lists categories that actually have designs, so anything missing simply has no dedicated design yet — you can still use any other design and rewrite its text. Size doesn't matter either: it works for ten guests as well as for hundreds.
Yes. Every guest gets their own invitation link, so you can run two lists inside one event and send each guest only what concerns them. Lists, replies and check-in are all per guest — there is no single shared list.
Eventevia is built for private occasions — weddings and family events — and that's what we recommend it for. Technically you can use it for any gathering, but there are no company-oriented features today (billing across several events, team accounts, company branding). If you need that, talk to us — we'd like to hear it.
No technical skill and no app to install — Eventevia is a website that opens in your phone or computer browser, on iPhone and Android alike. You can design on a phone screen, though a larger screen is more comfortable for fine work. Your guests don't install anything either: they tap the link and the invitation opens.
For each event: an invitation card you design from the gallery (in Arabic or English), an event page with a personal link for every guest, sending over WhatsApp and email, reply tracking, a gift registry, photos, an event schedule, and a QR entry pass for the day. All of it is in every package — the only difference between packages is the guest count.
You design it yourself — pick a ready card from the gallery and change its text, colours, fonts and images in a simple in-browser editor, with no design experience. We don't currently offer a from-scratch design service by a designer.
You can upload an image from your device inside the editor and place it on the card as a layer you move and crop, so if you already have a design as an image you can build on it. There's no import for design files themselves (Photoshop or Figma files, for example).
The platform is built for the digital invitation: the card reaches your guest as an image inside their message, and they can save it from there. There is currently no download button for the card in the editor, and no print-resolution file.
You don't send it yourself. You add your guests to your list, each one gets their own invitation link, and Eventevia sends it over WhatsApp from its official number — or by email for guests whose address you've added. Your name appears inside the message so guests know who invited them, and replies land in your dashboard instead of filling up your phone.
One payment per event — no monthly or yearly subscription, and no auto-renewal. The price depends only on the guest count you choose, and the price shown is the final one: no extra fees, no per-guest charge, no message credits. All packages and prices are on the pricing page.
The difference is the guest count. Every feature is in every package — nothing is locked behind a bigger one. The single exception is the photo gallery's capacity, which grows with the package because it's derived from the guest count. Pick the package that covers your guest list; if it grows later you can upgrade and pay only the difference.
The price is for the package you chose, not for who actually attended, so there's no refund for using less of it. Pick the package closest to the number you expect — upgrading later costs only the difference if you need more.
You can try everything before paying: create an account, design the card, create the event as a draft, add your guests, and send yourself a test invitation on your phone to see exactly what a guest will see. The test card carries the Eventevia logo, which disappears once you pay, and the event link opens for nobody but you until it's activated. The one thing that requires payment is actually sending the invitations to your guests.
Discount codes are issued by the Eventevia team and entered on the payment page. Follow us or contact support to hear what's running now.
Card payment: mada, credit cards, Apple Pay and STC Pay, through a licensed Saudi payment gateway — your card details are never stored with us. We don't currently take direct bank transfers. After paying you'll see a confirmation page with the order details, a receipt for the amount paid is sent to you on WhatsApp or email depending on what's on your account, and your purchase history stays in Settings, under Purchases.
Postponing costs nothing: change the event date and send your guests an update, and the event carries on as it is. Refunds have no button in your account — requests are reviewed by hand by the Eventevia team, so contact support and mention the event name.
Eventevia is a Saudi platform, and payment goes through a licensed Saudi payment gateway. The terms and the privacy policy are published on the site, and support is reachable on WhatsApp, by phone and by email during the stated hours. The fastest reassurance: try it free before paying — design the invitation, send a test to your own phone, and judge the result yourself.
Your guests' numbers are used for one purpose: delivering the invitations and helping you manage attendance. They aren't processed for anything else and aren't sold to anyone. We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and you (and your guests) have the right to request access to it, correction, or deletion under Saudi personal data protection law by writing to support@eventevia.com. Full detail is on the privacy page.
Yes: WhatsApp for quick questions, a phone line, and support@eventevia.com. We reply within one business day; hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm Riyadh time.
The invitations and the replies will have arrived days earlier, so on the day itself the only thing that needs the platform is check-in — and if you've turned on QR check-in, backups are available beforehand: export the list as a file, a print-ready sheet, and an offline mode that searches by name and marks arrivals, then syncs. Our standing advice: export the list the day before.
Browsing the gallery needs no account. You sign up when you start designing, and it's quick: your name and mobile number, a 6-digit code arrives on WhatsApp, and entering it opens the account — no password. Then: pick a design, edit it, enter the event details, add your guests, and pay to send the invitations.
Preparing and sending the invitation can be done in one sitting. What matters is when you send, not how long you take: send far enough ahead for people to reply and plan — two to three weeks for a large event is typical — and set the reply deadline before you have to confirm catering numbers.
