Plus everything else, included in every plan
Pick the plan that covers your expected guest count. Every plan has the exact same features — capacity is the only difference (along with photo gallery space, which is derived from your guest count). If your list grows later, upgrade and pay only the difference. If fewer guests turn up, the price is for the plan you chose rather than the headcount on the night, so there's no difference to refund.

None. No per-guest charges, no message credits, no paid templates, no subscription. You pay once per event and everything is included.
You don't send it yourself. You add your guests to your list, each one gets their own invitation link, and Eventevia sends it over WhatsApp from its official number — or by email for guests whose address you've added. Your name appears inside the message so guests know who invited them, and replies land in your dashboard instead of filling up your phone.
Your invitation, your guest list and the attendance data stay in your account for as long as your account is active — go back to them and export them whenever you like. You (and your guests) can ask for them to be deleted at any time; the detail is on the privacy page.
Before you pay, the small print
mada, credit cards, Apple Pay and STC Pay, through a payment gateway — your card details are never stored with us.
Postponing costs nothing: change the date, tell your guests, and your event carries on unchanged. Refund requests are reviewed by hand — contact support with your event name.
