This policy explains what data Eventevia collects, why, and who processes it. It applies to hosts who create events and to guests who open event pages, reply to invitations, or are checked in at events.
Account details: your name, email, and phone number. Event content: events, invitation designs, schedules, and gift lists you create. Guest lists: names, phone numbers, and emails that hosts upload. Activity: RSVPs, comments, check-in times, and invitation delivery status. Technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
Hosts upload their guests' contact details so we can deliver invitations and help manage attendance. We process guest data only for that purpose. If you are a guest and want your details removed, contact your host or email us directly.
To run the service: deliver invitations, show RSVPs to hosts, support check-in, respond to support requests, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.
We rely on a small set of providers to run Eventevia: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Twilio (WhatsApp delivery), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia under their own security commitments.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure guest access to event pages. For analytics and error monitoring we use PostHog and Sentry, both configured without cookies; session recordings mask everything you type, such as names and phone numbers. We use no advertising cookies and do not track you across other sites.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email support@eventevia.com to delete your account and its data; we honor deletion requests for both hosts and guests.
In line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Send requests to support@eventevia.com and we will respond as required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and event pages for private events are protected by unique invitation links. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protecting your data as part of the product.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves; the date above always reflects the latest version. Questions or requests: support@eventevia.com.
